Assignment 1 MEMO

Subject: Casual Friday


As of April 13th, There will be a casual Friday which will include the following.

  1. Jeans and a collared shirt that does not have any inappropriate designs on it.
  2. You can wear whatever kind of shoe you would like, only if it is clean and does not have any holes in them.
  3. Capri's will be allowed also.
  4. You must also contribute a dollar to support this event for the lunch that management will be putting out.
  5. Monday through Thursday will still be the same, work clothes.
This casual Friday is to let you know that the weekend is here, so finish up whatever needs to get done and enjoy the weekend with less stress. Thank you and have a great day.

    Overall it sounds well; although, you should consider re-reading your memo and correcting things such as: which Friday, spelling, wording, and explanation of the current work policy.
