Reebok would get alot more ideas and concepts from a diversified workplace. It could gain competitive advantages cause you came out with a new shoe or some new clothes that other competitors don't have, so that would cause other companies to either copy that design or make a newer, or more exciting shoe or clothes.

If I was the director of this hotel, I would have a training program for all employees. No matter if there from the US or from another country, the reason I say this is because if everyone is not trained on the same concept then it would throw everyone off and it would cause havoc in the hotel. The training program would include how to act to a customer. How to difuse a situation when a customer is upset, and proper manners when dealing with a customer. I would like to introduce some western ways in the hotel, so when tourists come they can get the best of both worlds. At the same time, when visiting a country it would be respectful to acquire some of there culture as well. In conclusion, I would include a training program to help the staff get better at their jobs and handle situations appropriately when something goes wrong, and include some western ways to help tourists who are frightened by change of the new culture.

Chapter 1

Hi, my name is Chris Krueger. the year of school that I am in is March of 2009. My major is General Studies, but later on I want to switch to an Accounting degree. I chose this degree because I like to deal with numbers and I'm really good at it. So far, I dont have any future goals with the major I would like to attain at the time, but hopefully down the road when I retire from the army I could jump into an accounting position. I'm taking this class to improve on my writing skills and grammar. My main goal for this course is to talk to another person in a professional and intelligent manner.
